Main Duties :
1. Manage Customer Service dept. (4) in Mtl office, (1) in NY office, (1) in TO office
2. Follow Customer orders from data entry to expedition
3. Communicate with all departments to ensure Customer requirements are respected
Criteria :
1. 3 to 5 years managing a Customer Service Dept.
2. Experience with customer order processing and troubleshooting
3. Experience in coordinating external sales people
