    1. Data entry & process orders.
    2. Work with sales reps & assist with their inquiries
    3. Answering calls & customer inquiries regarding orders/ substitutions etc.

    Criteria :
    1. Must be Very customer service oriented
    2. Must have the ability to learn new systems easily
    3. Must have at least 2-3 years experience in a customer service environment.
