    1.    Receive sketches & then do the patterns
    2.    Able to do fits & grading
    3.    Able to communicate effectively with overseas makers.

    Criteria :
    1.    Knowledge of Illustrator/ Photoshop
    2.    MUST know either Pad or Lectra System.
    3.    Must have at LEAST 5 years of experience.
