    It’s not free money but it doesn’t require a huge effort. The steps involved mirror your social networking job search and goes something like this:

    1- Expand your social network by joining linkedin.com groups like “Montreal Jobs Club” and others.
    2- Look for available jobs & corresponding referral fees on http://bohire.com . This is the a great tool that’s picking up steam.
    3- If you find a job that’s good for you great!! Otherwise search your new social network connections on LinkedIN and others for corresponding matches.
    4- Refer your new connections to the available jobs.
    5- Collect the referral fee.
